Connective has partnered with Talentia Software, a leading international provider of HR digitalization solutions in medium-sized companies, to add the legally valid and secure eIDAS digital signature to Talentia’s HR platform. In addition, a collaboration between Peopledoc and Talentia provides electronic document management (EDM) with a digital vault on the HR platform.
To accelerate HR digitalization, employees need optimised HR tools while HR management must be able to rely on simplified and automated processes rather than on manual and paper-based flows, especially for the digital signing of employment contracts. This is why Talentia has decided to offer Connective’s eIDAS legally valid digital signature solution, combined with Peopledoc’s electronic document management system and digital vault, in addition to its regular digital signature solution.

Legally valid signature and secure archiving
HR is now able to make electronic documents available to employees on a dedicated portal. Thanks to Connective’s solution, employees can complete and sign documents in a secure and legally valid manner. The documents follow a validation process by workflow, defined by the company. Once they have been validated, documents are automatically deposited in the digital vault of the employee and the company.

The partnership between Connective and Talentia aligns with the approach to optimise HR processes.
