Accounting & Admin Officer (Junior/Medior)
We are looking for a colleague who can offer administrative support to our financial department during the coming months. We can offer a fixed term contract until the end of the year, but there is a possibility that we could offer an open-ended contract in the future.
What will you be doing on a daily basis?
- Process purchase invoices
- Create sales invoices
- Follow up on the overdue invoices
- Process bank statements
- Assist/prepare the monthly reporting
- General administrative support (sales administration and orders)
Which skills do you need?
- You love working with numbers and you have an eye for detail
- Offering administrative support gives you lots of energy
- Your knowledge of Belgian accounting rules is up-to-date
- You have a good knowledge of Excel
- Experience in working with accounting & ERP software is a plus
- You speak and write Dutch & English fluently. French is a plus
