Accounting & Admin Officer (Junior/Medior)

Antwerp, Belgium

We are looking for a colleague who can offer administrative support to our financial department during the coming months. We can offer a fixed term contract until the end of the year, but there is a possibility that we could offer an open-ended contract in the future.

What will you be doing on a daily basis?
  • Process purchase invoices
  • Create sales invoices
  • Follow up on the overdue invoices
  • Process bank statements
  • Assist/prepare the monthly reporting
  • General administrative support (sales administration and orders)
Which skills do you need?
  • You love working with numbers and you have an eye for detail
  • Offering administrative support gives you lots of energy
  • Your knowledge of Belgian accounting rules is up-to-date
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in working with accounting & ERP software is a plus
  • You speak and write Dutch & English fluently. French is a plus
