Verwerken van Persoonlijke Data in Connective Services

• In case the document is refused: datetime, name, email, and IP address of the refuser.

• In case of reassignment approver: datetime, name, email, and IP-address of the one who reassigned and the one who is reassigned.
• Viewers: datetime, name, email, and IP address of the viewers.
• In case of reassignment signer: datetime, name, email, and IP-address of the one who reassigned and the one who is reassigned.

Wanneer de gebruiker gebruik maakt van Connective Smart Documents , kan hij/zij persoonlijke gegevens aanleveren.
De cliënt informeert Connective over de persoonlijke gegevens die hij/zij zal verwerken via de tussen Connective en de Cliënt ondertekende Overeenkomst voor Gegevensverwerking.
De bewaartermijn voor documenten die met Connective’s ConnectR Service worden gegenereerd, is standaard ingesteld op 7 dagen. De invoer van XML wordt onmiddellijk na het genereren ervan verwijderd.
