We’re happy to announce that version 5.5 of Connective eSignatures will be launched soon. Here are some of the new features to look forward to!
New approval functionality
On top of the signing flow, we have added an additional approval flow to the signing process. As of now, there is an option to (dis)approve a document or a package of documents before the start of the signing process. Besides selecting signers & receivers, the option to select one or more approvers has been added.
Contact groups can also assume the role of approver. One of the members in the selected contact group that first opens the document will be able to (dis)approve the document or package.
Reassign to another approver or signer
In Connective eSignatures version 5.5, approvers & signers can now reassign the approval or signature of a document or package to someone else. If this person believes (s)he’s not qualified or meant to approve or sign, the responsability can be passed on to someone else immediately in the WYSIWYS (What You See Is What You Sign) interface.
Six new languages for eSignatures
A total of six new languages will be added to the Connective eSignatures solution. These languages can be made available through the eSignatures configuration settings and can also be set as main language for the application.
The new languages are:
- Norwegian (Sami & Bokmal)
- Finnish
- Swedish
- Danish
- Polish
- Latvian
