Connective solutions

This acquisition has no impact on the current availability of our solutions or the functionalities you are currently using. This partnership will allow us to have more resources available for R&D purposes, giving us the possibility to scale even quicker than today. The future will also bring alignment between the Connective solutions and the Nitro PDF Productivity Suite, which should allow customers to benefit from seamless usage of a combined solution.

Absolutely. The entire Connective team has become part of Nitro, meaning you will still have the same point of contact to assist you in case of any questions. In case contact details such as email addresses would change, we will of course inform you.

In a first phase, our solutions will still be referred to as eSignatures, Smart Documents and Identity Hub. The sole change you might notice is that in the near future the naming will be changed to for example “Connective, a Nitro Company”.

Yes, our support team currently remains to operate from Antwerp (Belgium) and Paris (France) and shall still be able to assist you in English, French and Dutch. We know that for many of you support in Dutch and French is important and you can be reassured our Dutch and French speaking support teams will remain available. We hope to support additional languages in the future soon, as our international growth is expanding because of this acquisition.

Of course, your contracted SLA will be honored also after the acquisition. Together with Nitro we will also be working on extending the availability of our support desk so we are able to offer global support (during different time zones) in the future.

We would be happy to assist you on investigating how the Nitro PDF Productivity solutions might be an added value for your organization. You can contact your Relationship Manager at Connective.
