We are looking for a Scrum Master who is willing to fast-forward with us.

What will you be doing on a daily basis?
- You are responsible for the coordination and management of 3 development teams.
- Prepare and monitor the sprint planning
- Guarantee the software quality within the projects
- Coach team members and organize scrum meetings
- Align the product design with the functional analysis
Who are you?
- You have experience with facilitating and coaching of both individuals and teams
- You have a certificate in Scrum Master/Coach in Agile development methodology
- You have strong project management skills which you’ve used already in previous job experiences
- You are fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of agile project methodologies
- You have strong communication skills
- Team oriented, team player
- You are continuously looking for process improvements and you stimulate your team to do the same.
- You have experience in working with remote teams
- You are a strong believer of agile values and principles
- Experience with Atlassian Suite is a must
